Fabien Dating is a registered trade name of FCR Consulting LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

3. Products — Digital Downloads

All digital products sold on this website (Claude AI skill files and prompt systems) are delivered as follows. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive immediate access to download your purchase.
• A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• No physical goods will be shipped.
• Products are compatible with Claude.ai and the Claude API (Anthropic).
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The applicable price is the one shown at the time of your order.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase digital products or coaching services on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Any customer found to be under 16 will be immediately refunded and access to the product or service will be revoked.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, unless a payment plan (installments) has been expressly agreed for a coaching service (see Section 7bis). We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard (including international cards)
• American Express is not accepted

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. FCR Consulting LLC does not store or have access to your card details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI standards. Transactions are processed in USD.

6. Delivery Policy

All digital products are delivered digitally and instantly:

• Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout.
• You will receive a download link within minutes of payment confirmation.
• If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact us at contact@seoacadomio.com.
• There are no shipping fees. No physical delivery is involved.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy — Digital Products

This section applies exclusively to digital products (skill files and prompt systems). For coaching services, see Section 7bis below.

We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• You must contact us at contact@seoacadomio.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
• We may ask for evidence that you have made a genuine attempt to use the product.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because our digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where abuse is suspected (e.g., multiple purchases and refunds of the same product).

There is no cancellation policy applicable to digital products, as these are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

7bis. Coaching Services — Specific Policy

This section governs any one-on-one or group coaching service purchased from FCR Consulting LLC ("Coaching"), and takes precedence over Section 7 for any dispute concerning Coaching.

7bis.1 Commitment upon payment

Coaching is a service involving the reservation of time and personalized resources. Consequently:

• As soon as a client makes a payment towards a Coaching engagement — whether a first installment of a payment plan or the full amount — the Coaching engagement is considered confirmed and binding.
• The Coaching will take place as scheduled, regardless of any subsequent change of mind, change in availability, or dissatisfaction expressed by the client.
• No refund, in whole or in part, will be granted for a confirmed Coaching engagement, including in the event of non-attendance, partial attendance, or early termination by the client.
• If payment is made via a payment plan, all remaining installments remain due according to the agreed schedule, even if the client no longer wishes to attend the remaining sessions.

7bis.2 Prior notice and acknowledgment

Before any payment is collected for a Coaching service:

• Our coach will expressly inform the client, verbally and/or in writing, that the Coaching engagement is non-refundable once a payment (deposit or full amount) has been made.
• The client must actively check a checkbox at the time of payment confirming that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including this no-refund policy for Coaching.
• This checkbox constitutes the client's explicit and informed consent to the terms of this Section 7bis, and no refund request based on an alleged lack of information will be accepted once this box has been checked.

7bis.3 Rescheduling

While refunds are excluded, FCR Consulting LLC may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to reschedule a coaching session for a valid and duly justified reason (e.g., medical emergency), provided the client makes such a request as far in advance as reasonably possible. Rescheduling is a discretionary accommodation and not a right, and does not affect the client's payment obligations.

8. Intellectual Property & License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the skill for your own business or personal projects. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product
• Share the product publicly or with third parties
• Claim authorship or ownership of the skill content

All intellectual property rights remain with FCR Consulting LLC. This also applies to any material, methodology, or resource provided as part of a Coaching engagement.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products and Coaching services are tools and services designed to improve your workflow with Claude AI. Results may vary depending on your use case, Claude plan, implementation, and personal engagement in the Coaching. FCR Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or Coaching service in question.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
